DATA CONVERSION AND DATA ENTRY PROJECTS AVAILABLE

 Project for 10 pc set up.

Type of work:
Digitization of data in provided format of JPG/TIF image files into
MS-Word document files.
Agreement Duration:
The total agreement duration will be 11 months.
Financials:
Total Working Days: 06  Working Days per week
Work Flow: 2500 pages per week on 10 systems.
Rate: Rs.45/- per page.
Total Monthly Billing: Rs.4,50,000 (10000*45) per slot per month
Upfront: Rs. 100000 (Rs. One Lac Only)
Work can be started by paying 20% of the upfront (Rs. 20,000) and rest
will be adjustable from billing
By deducting Rs. 30,000 every month from the billings.
Service Charge: Rs.20000/-  same money which was taken above would be
considered as service charge.
Payment Security: DD can be provided in the the condition that it would be applied after the accuracy report of the work and same would be mentioned in the agreement.

 Order Value:
The total order value billed will be for the sum of Rs. 49,50,000   in
the complete working of 11 months.
Total Working Days:
The total working days in a week will be six working days where
Sundays will be counted as non working days for data conversion.
Download and upload of Data:
The total work download estimated is 27,500 pages, the download will be
provided through ftp links & submission  of data is to be done on
weekly basis, work for first week will be downloaded through ftp links
and then further works would be sent to postal address through cd.
Quality Control:
Evaluation of the data converted by your esteem organization should be
at least 80% accurate for billing.
80 to 90% - 70% billing and rework.
90% and above 100% billing.

Billing:
Bills can be raised every  week and executing necessary documents and
procedures as specified in the Service Level Agreement.
Payment:
Payment would be provided within 02 days of work submission with
quality check certificate.
75% Payment in Advance with work after the first weeks work remaining
payment will be made after completion of the work.
Quality Checking:
Quality Check report will be provided within 02 working days of the
submission of the data transmitted in previous week. If the company
fails to provide the report within stipulated time .frame as mentioned
in the agreement the work will be calculated as 100% accurate and
accepted by the company.
