Documentary requirements for registering a Trust:-

2.      Two witness - who has some Photo ID and who is citizen of India. Their Name, Father's/Husband's Name / Address and a copy of Photo Proof like Passport, PAN, Driving License.

3.      Name and objectives of the organization.

4.      Trust Deed

5.      Office Address and NOC from landlord.

6.      Two Photographs of all TRUSTEES.

7.      In trust one person from board of trustees (Settler) will have to present physically in the Sub Registrar’s Office.
