Gnocchi with mushroom and spinach sauce - Food Promotion at Master Chef

The 'Gnocchi with mushroom and spinach sauce' Food Festival is arranged at Master Chef. For the gnocchi, mash the boiled potatoes and mix flour and salt. For the mushroom sauce; sauté onion and garlic and add mushrooms and thyme. Add vegetable stock. Once the mushrooms are cooked, puree in a blender, adjust the thickness. Boil the water and salt it, blanch the gnocchi. Strain the gnocchi and sauté with spinach and garlic. Put the sauce at the bottom of the plate. Place the parmesan ring and put the gnocchi in the ring. Garnish with fried tomato peel and basil leaf.
