Food Festival 'Tea Smoked Duck' at Pan Asian Hotel. This weekend savour a traditional delicacy from the Szechwan province. Crispy duck wrapped in a clam-shaped bun and dipped in sweet soy sauce. Marinated in szechwan pepper, ginger, garlic and Chinese wine, the duck is served smoked over hot jasmine tea leaves.
