Recently appointed Executive chef David Ansted brings interplay of smoke, sizzle, food and flame. He has creatively designed the barbeque menu. Quench your thirst with unlimited selected chilled beer and enjoy the traditional taste of meat, lamb, pork chops, selection of sausages, fish, prawns, vegetarian skewers on grill. The chef will prepare in front of your eyes. The selection of salads, soup, sides, the vast array of grilled items and the sumptuous variety of desserts will surely please all taste buds. Enjoy the choicest of delicacies offered and treat yourself to the best barbeque prepared. By night, enjoy a fulfilling meal under the stars. Menu : New Zealand lamb chops, sirloin steak, chicken picatta, 4 kinds of sausages : German and Spanish), Jumbo Prawns, soft shell crab, red snapper steak, stuffed aubergine, cottage cheese steaks and various vegetable skewers. The festival is on for dinner only.
