Samsung Unveils New 3G Dual SIM Phone

In a first of its kind, Samsung has unveiled B7722, a dual SIM handset which comes loaded with high-end specifications.
The Samsung 3G B7722 features a 3.2 inch TFT touchscreen with a
resolution of 240 x 400 pixels and displays 262K colors. It has dimensions of 113.5 x 55.5 x 14.3 mm and weighs only 112 gm. It is also loaded with 5 mega pixel camera and also facilitates video recording but only at QVGA resolutions (30 fps). It is also capable of capturing photos at low light with the help of LED flash.
The phone that supports 3g connectivity offers 12 GPRS 32 – 48 kbps, Class 12 EDGE along with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, and Bluetooth v2.1 with A2D, a micro USB port v2.0. It also has various messaging features like SMS, Email, MMS, IM, Push Email, and RSS and offers browser WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML supported.
In addition to this the phone comes with MP3/WAV/WMA/eAAC+ player, an MP4/H.263/H.264 player, Organizer, Document viewer, Voice memo and Stereo FM radio with RDS with FM recording. The phone supports a memory expansion of up to 8 GB with a microSD card.
The Dual sim phone can support dual 2G sim’s and only one slot can support 3G HSDPA 2100.
Priced at 23,000 the B7722 comes with a Li-Ion 1200 mAh battery that can provide up to 420 hours of standby time and a talk time of up to 12 h 50 minutes.
