HULU considering a bid for its sale- or is it???

It is rumored that the online video service, Hulu, is considering bids made to acquire the company. The identity of the bidder is still unknown.
Though sources have revealed that it is not Google, others claim that the company hasn’t even seriously decided or evaluated the decision of being taken over.
Hulu is unfortunately bound by the fact that other big firms like Walt Disney, News Corp, NBCUniversal have an equity stake in it. All these companies will have to be willing for Hulu to go ahead with the bid. If any of these company go against the bid and pull out its contents from Hulu, it will badly hit the site.
Earlier this year Hulu was even preparing an IPO for $2 billion but matters like deals with other networks had put a stop this plan. There is also news that Yahoo is probably the one trying to bid for Hulu.
