It is the Winkelvoss twins again

No matter what the world says, they aren’t going to leave Facebook or Mark zuckerberg in peace. Yes even if they say so, they don’t mean it. 
The Winkelvoss- Tyler and Cameron had claimed that they will not appeal to the US Supreme court and it seemed that they are finally satisfied. But much to everyone’s surprise they have filed a litigation against Facebook again. The had a settlement of $65 million in 2008.
Now the twins with their Indian partner Divya Narendra are suing the social networking site in the US district court of Massachusettes claiming that the site was not transparent in the proceedings. The twins had decided to file a Petition for Certiorari but had dropped the idea on Wednesday and decided on a fresh lawsuit on Thursday. Facebook’s counsel has made a statement that these allegations are old and baseless. They have been considered and rejected by the court earlier.
It is clear, however, that the Winkelvoss twins aren’t decisive about filing or not filing their litigation. This shows the allegations they will make in a poor light.
