During these career centric program, the participants are given an opportunity to assist seniors in their projects related to information technology training and development. ITSIT has developed unique training programs divided into four levels. Upon the completion of one level successfully, the program participants are eligible for fee-waiver scholarships as well as monthly stipend. The participants participates in their training and development in such a way that they are powerful enough ensure their job as well as career with their skills and abilities they have developed. The graduates have multiple choices to join for their job or career. Hence that job and career scope is 100% once the participant completes all levels.
