We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to drive end to end requirements for our business needs.
What you&rsquoll be doing:
Identifying future hiring needs & distributing target among team members
Training team member for active & timely hiring
Coordinating with vendors & consultants
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assisting with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with leaders and other
stakeholders.
Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes-weekly. Actively on all social media pages &
groups
Assessing applicants ' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork and documentation for new hires.
Managing internship programs
Identifying & overseeing placement programs across universities
Providing timely recruitment reports to head of department-Team hiring tracker, weekly hiring tracker, time
taken to hire, new joinee report, offer sent report, backed out report, job posting reports.
