JOB DESCRIPTION
Broadcast Operators are part of the Broadcast Operations team responsible for the implementation of customer solutions and maintenance on the Amagi network.
Location: Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and troubleshoot Amagi&rsquos solution for clients&rsquo digital media broadcast needs
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network setup at remote installations. This includes various IP delivery models of the channel output.
Document and update new and existing implementations, including diagrams, device configurations, rack layouts, etc.
Skills required:
Bachelor in Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience related to Broadcast services, Computer Science, IT
Good written and spoken communication skills
Knowledge of broadband services specifically broadcast video and audio services
Knowledge in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting is a definite plus.
Knowledge of VPN server and VLAN.
Good to have &ndash Experience in broadcasting systems.
Like to resolve problems, be able to innovate, and find better ways to do things.
Must be flexible and willing to respond to occasional out of regular hours issues
Positive and persistent &ldquocan do&rdquo attitude.
Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
