· Meeting with different vendors for different kind of work and co-ordinate with the owner of company.

· Checking & certifying RA bills of main & subcontractors.

· Monitoring budget & updating CTC.

· Preparing tender event schedule.
r n
· Preparing & marinating variations, work order, purchase order register.
r n
· Preparing value engineering option to the architect/ designer.
r n
· Preparing & maintaining variation heads changes in budget
r n
· BOQ preparation of all works.
r n
· Preparing rate analysis for NT items of civil work.
r n
· Updating cash flow for smooth flow of work.
r n
