  • Holiday Planning: Meeting customers for facilitating holiday bookings and eventually collecting AAC / ASF.

  • Collection:Meeting customers through field visits and collection of overdue EMIs and ASF / AAC 
  • r n
  • Retention: Meeting customers who have sent a cancelation request, resolve their issues and retain them. 
  • r n
  • Relationship BuildingCalls & Attending Branch Walk ins 
  • r n
  • Revenue Enhancement: Relationship building and increasing revenue by way of foreclosures and payment plan change. 
  • r n
  • Generating Referrals: Post-holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate referrals and leads.
