r n- Holiday Planning: Meeting customers for facilitating holiday bookings and eventually collecting AAC / ASF. 
r n- Collection:Meeting customers through field visits and collection of overdue EMIs and ASF / AAC 
r n- Retention: Meeting customers who have sent a cancelation request, resolve their issues and retain them. 
r n- Relationship BuildingCalls & Attending Branch Walk ins 
r n- Revenue Enhancement: Relationship building and increasing revenue by way of foreclosures and payment plan change. 
r n- Generating Referrals: Post-holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and generate referrals and leads.
