  • Should possess thorough knowledge of Incoterms & responsibilities of a freight forwarder.

  • Should be proactive and meticulous in handling shipments and sending DSR&rsquos.

  • Should ensure shipments handled is complete in all aspects as per SOP&rsquos laid down by the company.
    • r n
  • Should be able to perform independently under pressure.
    • r n
  • Should have excellent rapport with carrier&rsquos customer service managers, documentation managers & operations incharge.
