Maintaining daily and monthly reports 8.Working on productivity and efficiency of team. 9. Effectively achieving monthly goals against set targets. 10. Responsible for inbound / outbound ops, 11.Space planning and execution. 12.Control damages & missing 13. Maintaining SOP 14. Handling reverse logistics. 15. Work with Last mile team to ensure timely linehaul movement to and fro.
