Manage all issues with marketplaces regarding order scheduling, dispatch, delivery, returns, refunds, and billing. Coordinate with marketplaces for reimbursement of any fee claims. 2. Management of Company E-store Oversee inventory management on E-store. Oversee and manage any issues with order delivery. Resolve any issues with the help of the E-store platform help centre. Resolve issues with the payment gateway if any. Manage website platform, payment gateway billing & reconciliation. 3. Customer Care Management: Manage inbound leads and clients. Manage complaints, and queries from customers. Lead generation through research and outbound calls. 4. Coordinate and assist the sales team in resolving all queries within a timeframe. 5. Data analytics & management of marketing and sales department reports 6. Management of marketing department expenses and record them. 7. Interdepartmental coordination for order management. 8. Interdepartmental coordination for marketing & sales-related activities. 9. Stakeholder management.
