&bull Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
&bull Manages the growth and success of the team
&bull Ensure that all workings are in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
&bull Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
&bull Contribute towards the achievement of company&rsquos strategic and operational
Objectives
&bull Proven work experience as operations manager
&bull Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
&bull You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
&bull Provides guidance to employees
&bull Exposure to all function including QC /QA
EXPERIENCE & SKILL
>> Experience of Large Appliance Manufacturing industry
>> Has Cross functional dealing Experience.
>> Smart leadership skills.
>> Good knowledge of Computer and Processes
>> Experience of managing team size of 100 + people and good team manager
