Understand pet parents ' problems and solve them.
Work on revenue enablement by upselling and cross-selling.
Promote Supertails services to pet parents.
Match pet parents and their pets need with Supertails services.
Be a true partner to customers and hand-hold them through pet parenthood.
Get involved in offline and online events and community-building activities.
