1. Identifying the Key Customers in the territory, Doing cold calls to identify prospects to be focused and generating enquiries from them and submitting quotations and doing the required follow up till closure.
r n2. All new customer data updated within the specified period in CRM system
r n3. Creating Monthly Sales Visit Plan and ensuring adherence to same.
r n4. Ensuring all assigned Sales Enquiries are progressed till Order Closure stage & publish the Sales Report on monthly basis and review the same with the RM and LOB Head.
r n5. Ensuring proper coordination with the commercial team so that invoices are created as per timeline specified in the customer purchase order & submitted to right person on client side
r n6. Ensuring payment collection of all invoices on or before due date by following up with clients for pending & upcoming invoices.
r nDesired Profile:
r n&bull 4-9 Years of Experience in the role of Field Sales Engineer for Industrial Tools Ref Hydraulics Experience
r n&bull Into active field sales
r n&bull Good at new customer acquisition
r n&bull Well versed with RFQ, Quotations making till order closure
r n&bull Actively involved in order closure and Payment collection process
r n&bull Worked with any CRM/ERP System Pref. Salesforce.com
r n&bull Passionate about Sales Target Achievement
