A New Private Vault company in Noida is looking for retired/experienced banking professional but not mandatory, who is having experience or knowledge of vault/locker operation experience, Opening date of Business is 21st September and Job is Monday to Saturday Timing 10 Am to 8 PM.
Preferred duties and task
1. Selling and opening of Lockers accounts
2. Supervise the day to day operational functions of the branch including: vault, drawer and balancing; managing cash difference; intra-day; monitoring petty cash movement; cash movement
3.Perform pre-audits to identify & mitigate operational risk and to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures.
4.customer service duties; and assisting with customer transactions.
5.Maintain staff schedules to provide adequate coverage at all times.
6.Responsible for growing customer base; consumer and business relationships through internal and external marketing programs. Develop and grow business and consumer relationships.
7.Maintain good public relations with customers and the community.
8.Manage escalations with customers and providing them with a resolution, information or additional options.
9.Ensure that quick and proper response to all reasonable customer requests.
10.Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all the information obtained.
11.Responsible for P&L ownership of the branch.
12.Facilitate regular employee meetings to discuss goals, disseminate company information, discuss operational issues, etc.
13.Supervise, coach, and develop staff regarding service expectations, policies, procedures, products, systems and Vault transactions.
14.Responsible for the general maintenance of the facility. Ensure that all security procedures are strictly followed, branch is operationally sound, and satisfactory audits are achieved.
15.Vault / Key custodian
