Exp - 2 - 7 years
Salary: 13,000 / - to 20,000 / - + Accomodation
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com Prefer)

1. To receive the indent from the concerned stores
2. Prepare thepurchaseorder as per the requirements of the stores looking into the stocks of stores.
3. The quote to be got from the suppliers and the best of the quality and rate to be seen place thepurchaseorder.
4. Thepurchaseorder to be faxed or sent through speed post
5. After placing the order the date of delivery to be noted and should be given a follow up.
6. To see that the material reaches on the scheduled date.
7. After the receiving of bill the it should be approved for payment after the check of goods received note , receiving inspection report , PurchaseOrder , and indent is attached.
8. The bill should be passed for payment , all payments should be taken a credit period of 30 - 45 days.
9. After the cheque is received it should be recorded and sent to the supplier.
10. All payments andpurchaseof the week should be recorded
