Designation : Performance Appraisal Manager
Key role is to learn & manage the appraisal functions of all the employees
Coordination with the Business Heads and other departments to get the proper ratings of the employees
Design and implement foolproof performance measurement techniques after discussing with the Business Heads
Help in execution of timely appraisal.
Drafting & evaluating the KRAs for all employees.
Scorecard Management: Set and rollout the overall KPI Scorecards
Ensure that the baseline data is accurate.
Qualification: MBA HR
In-depth practical knowledge of Performance Appraisal.
Working knowledge on any HR Software.
Business Performance Management, BPR, Scorecard Management, KPI Scorecards.
Analytical/Critical thinking: The ability to extract read and analyze data both within the organisation as well as in the industry and the competitive environment outside.
Industry experience in reporting tools and performance management.
Experience in process improvement.
The ability to provide recommendations for improvements.
Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Generalist Role with last 2 years into independently handling Performance Appraisal, managing 700 to 800 employees appraisals.
