Job Title: Sales Executives Job Location: Lucknow/Delhi Company Name: Janardan Farms and Resorts Job Description Marketing and sale of Apartments/flats Inventory/ packages schemes for our projects planning/construction Sale Executive has to operate at the above mention city, under the instructions of the Manager Sales in Lucknow head office.
Sale Executive need to have high self-confidence to achieve the target and should not indulge in any experiment with our marketing system.
He should be confident with his marketing abilities and ultimately leading to conversion of sale.
Sale Executive must possess communication skills in terms of the ability to negotiate, convince, self and influence professionals, corporate employees and/or tourist ultimately leading to conversion of the sale.
Sales Executive need todevelop its team of sales agentsby appointing sales agents from his sources so as to achieve the targets as defined time to time by Lucknow Sales office.
Carrying out Marketing and sale activity among the tourist of Uttaranchal who happens to be our prospective clients.
Identifying the corporate groups, collage and school groups for marketing and sale of our Property.
Arranging all travelling requirement of the guests and visiting the Property along with the clients to ensure that the commitment with the clients are met at all levels right from start to end of the visit.
Achieve sales targets.
Customer service/ customer relations - a proactive attitude with the clients is needed the ability to deal promptly with any issues as and when they arise.
Completion of all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
Responsible for safekeeping recording of all payments from clients.
Plan and promote new scheme/ program for customers.
Salary pattern: We intend to give up to max of 5.50 Lakhsreimbursement for engaging your services.
(The breakup of the salary will be given at the time of joining) There will be a local travelling allowance of Rs 2000/ - nothing more will be paid on this account.
Plus you will be entitled a 5% bonus on the booking payments from clients,as an incentive for better performance over and above the target.
For non-achieving of targets a 50% deduction in the basic salary will be there for that month.
Salary will be paid only when a minimum of one sale is materialised in that particular month for which salary is to be released.
Targets: First month of joining a sale of minimum one unit (one studio apartment) to be done individually and if you are having a team of sale agent under your command than the sale target get modified to one unit per team member.
With the subsequent month, the target of the first month gets modified to 2 units (two studio apartment)per individual and per team member.
5%bonus on the billing of thebooking payments from clients,as an incentive for better performance over and above the target.
For non-achieving of targets a 50% deduction in the basic salary will be there for that month.
Salary will be paid only when a minimum of one sale is materialised in that particular month along with the backlog if any.
Termination of appointment: For not at all achieving of the target for 3 subsequent months, your termination will be processed without any reimbursement or payment and no claim will be entertained in this regard.
Desired Candidate Profile: Education Background: PG/UG inMarketing or equivalent.
(Can be relaxed for Applicant having adequate experience in his previous job profile) Able to achieve sales targets with previous successful sales experience.
Confident, friendly, flexible and enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
Committed to achieving excellent customer service.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to self-motivate and towork without supervision.
Experience of team management and staff motivation.
Marketing Experience of working within the Hotel industry.
Able to work well under pressure.
Good team player.
Excellent written and spoken English Good knowledge of common IT programmes, including EXCEL, WORD, and email.
