- Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price.
- Oversee company s sales performance at assigned area.
- Keep current with demand and supply of company s products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.
- Work jointly with the Zonal Manager to make monthly sales plans, targets and implement resource allocation to meet them.
- Plan and strategize to achieve area target through Sales team Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales Executives in the given area.
- Managing team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market.
- Providing them direction and feedbacks to ensure they successfully achieve their goals and career objectives.
- To ensure customer Satisfaction by keeping a check on complaints/ wrong commitments by team/ enquires etc - Coordinating with ZONAL SALES MANAGER to achieve the given target for the assigned area.Education
