1.Identifying potential pilots & Onboarding at multiple locations. 2.Training on existing and upcoming modules. 3.Pilot PD interaction and coaching. 4.Ownership of resolving all pilot related issues 5.Conducting safety audit, Ensuring SOP adherence 6.Conducting PS infra check and ensuring hygiene. 7.Coordinating with Central Team on upcoming projects. 8.Take initiatives on improving pilot utilization, TAT adherence. 9.Lead all communications related to pilots coming... zero cases of unrest impacting operations, identify wilful defaulters who are likely to mobilise others and impact operations. Engage with the rest of them through healthy positive conversations. 14.Minimise cases of salary, incentive and penalties/deduction issues. Ensure timely redressal of all insurance issues in cases of serious accidents involving unfortunate death of the pilot.
