j Must be proficient in the use of HRMS systems and mobile technologies. Should be Computer/Technology savvy well versed with MS office
k Cultural agility, excellent collaboration skills.
l Good network within the industry, and major HR network in the market, labour and government bodies as needed.
m Strategic planning and implementation expertise.
n Willing to take on tasks outside of your job description.
