To provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounterTo manager web hosting servers and database serversTo manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systemsTo monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concernsTo create and verify backups of dataTo respond to and resolve help desk requestsTo upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolutionTo administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processesTo review application logsTo install and test computer-related equipmentTo work closely with departmental managers to determine future network needs and plan for network changesTo develop methods and tools to be used to test and implement new LAN/WAN equipmentTo engage in regular network troubleshooting activities and resolve network connectivity issuesRequired Skills:experience in the IT fields including installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows/Linux/Mac OS based environments- Mac OS based environmentsExperience in managing web servers WHM, cPanels, Cloud, EC3 etc.Experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.
Tally / MS-office/ Backup Application/Mail-Clients )Working experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)Associate or higher degree in a related fieldAdvanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
