This is a key position that is involved in coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers, frontline sales and logistics.
You will be following result-oriented processes and practices, work with demanding targets and receive very satisfying performance incentives on achieving objectives in tight integration with the frontline sales team.
You will be involved in tele-sales related activities for renewals and repeat sales, processing sales orders received from the customers, preparation of for the product offerings based on customer requirements and up-selling or cross selling wherever required.
Apart from these, routine activities like documentation, filing, correspondence will also be part of the job.
You are expected to be a proficient computer-user, particularly with office productivity and email applications.
Having an interest in the technology industry would be a plus factor. You are expected to build up exhaustive knowledge of our products and services, for which an aptitude for technology would be an asset.
You must be fluent and comfortable in both spoken and written English.
You are expected to be task- and deadline-oriented, and not a clock-watcher.
