Sourcing and Screening Guidelines :

- Need Candidates from finance domain (Broking, Insurance and Mutual Fund);

- People hire candidates who have worked in B2B channel partners (Broking, Insurance and Mutual Fund)

Locations - Ghaziabad, Raipur, Panipat, Aurangabad, Surat, Coimbatore, Vijayawada, Panaji, Kochi

Working Days 6 Days a week (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Job Description :

1. Understand the regulations, value proposition regarding crypto currency

2. Independently identify convert the existing and new Professional Clearing Member (PCM) Trading Member (TM) in the area through cold calling and meetings with Seniors.

3. Identify potential leads and sources for prospective Professional Clearing Member (PCM) Trading Member (TM), coordinate with HO for referred leads

4. Connect with prospective Professional Clearing Members (PCM) Trading Members (TM) to organize seminars for acquisition

5. Ensure conversion of leads through the effective pitch of product value proposition

6. Ensure quality of Professional Clearing Members (PCM) Trading Members (TM) are in sync with the desired profile

7. Enable the setup of Professional Clearing Member (PCM) Trading Member (TM)

8. Understand all regulatory requirements and manage the Professional Clearing Member (PCM) Trading Member (TM) registration process

9. Oversee technology support to enrolled Professional Clearing Member (PCM) Trading Member (TM)

10. Manage performance of the setup in a steady state

11. Develop an understanding of the product coach Professional Clearing Member (PCM) Trading Member (TM) - on product USPs


12. Drive profitability by improving the productivity of Professional Clearing Members (PCM) Trading Members (TM)

13. Provide marketing, training and operational support to Professional Clearing Members (PCM) Trading Members (TM)

14. Drive quality of business sourced from Professional Clearing Members (PCM) Trading Members (TM)
