JOB DESCRIPTION: Telecaller
Experience: 6 months-1 year
Qualification: High school diploma BSc/BA will be a plus
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs e.g. CRM software and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Roles and responsibilities:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures reporting needed changes.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hires and fires sales team members when necessary
Reads and evaluates sales reports
Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management
Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism
