Manage the Liability Book assigned/tagged to you and ensure that the book is growing as per shared targets from time to time. Target for growth in Stock as well as incremental CA growth thru NTB CA acquisition.
RM to ensure that the individual CA Book targets are met and attrition of balances are managed thru incremental CA ( NTB or from existing stock)
Ensure that you delivers on the budgeted FX revenue thru increases wallet share from stock and new FX volume/rev from targeted FX NTB acquisition.
To ensure that focus is given on up selling FX products like Collateralized FWDs and overall thrust on selling hedging products. To deepen FWD penetration in the portfolio by an incremental 20% by Dec 2014.
To ensure that you work closely with TSOs in delivering the budgeted FX revenue.
Ensure that the overall customer attrition is less than 5% of the overall base (July to Dec 2014). This is in line with the strategy of RM coverage model for HVSB.
Referrals to ME and PVB:-
To ensure that referral of customers to borrowing ( ME /MM )
To ensure that you work closely with ME RMs to deliver on the reference strategy.
To ensure that you work with PVB RMs for referring Promotors/Owners/directors for managing their personal wealth.
HVSB Coverage Model:-
Ensure that you stick to the planned HVSB coverage Model. FTF meeting with customers, Call reports, Account Plan. ( Deliver coverage objectives thru CEMS)
Ensure enhanced wallet thru superior coverage.
Account Plan for all customers by Dec 2014.
