People Development RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the Operations Team to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Develop Customer Engagement and value proposition strategies to serve at a best in class industry leading operating level
Serve as a Thought Leader for the Channel, providing Strategic Vision and Action Plans.
Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, InStock) and Advocate for the Customer
Champion the regular review reporting of Customer Scorecards to ensure internal goals and metrics are aligned to achieve.
Lead and advocate as the Voice of the Customer at key internal meetings.
