Job Description: - Inbound Customer Service. Interface with customers, coordinate with airlines and make the best related to the possible travel package for the customers. They also resolve post sales process queries for the customers and ensure that at any stage of travel the customer do not have to go through any inconvenience and all the queries are resolved instantly. Roles Responsibilities: -
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Clarify customer requirements.
- Support customers across Travel related Queries.
