Responsibilities and Duties

• The position is of a receptionist to take care of all front office duties, answer incoming calls and transfer them to respective people,taking messages and welcoming visitors making them comfortable, announcing their arrival and introducing them to the person concerned. Maintain all incoming and out going mail, courier etc. Keep track and record of all courier sent and received. Manage petty cash, attend to all administrative duties that may be assigned. Data entry operations etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• A graduate from any Indian university, elegant, smart young lady with good communication skills and a welcome smile. should be a self starter and must enjoy working at the front office. Must be dedicated, honest and loyal. Should be fluent in English and be able to communicate independently via email in good English.
