We are looking for an HR Manager to start HR function in the organization and build HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across 3 factories of the company located in Chennai and Vaniyambadi, from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. Building HR Framework for the organization Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness Training, counseling and coaching our shop for staff Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation Consistently recruiting excellent staff Maintaining a smooth onboarding process Carrying out necessary administrative duties Conducting performance and wage reviews Creating clear and concise reports Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures Building a team of junior human resource managers Desired Candidate Profile Experience in human resources in manufacturing industry, preferably leather shoes or garments industry. Understanding of the regulatory procedures Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues Experience in educating and coaching staff Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations Ability to give presentations Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws Exposure to HR tools Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
