Job Duties and Tasks for: "Buffing and Polishing Set-Up Operator":1) Sets and adjusts machine controls according to product specifications, utilizing knowledge of machine operation.2) Repairs or replaces machine parts to maintain machine in operational condition.3) Removes work piece and examines finish or luster to ensure surface meets specifications.4) Holds stick of buffing compound or turns valve and depresses pedal to administer coolant to work piece surface.5) Selects and attaches work piece holding fixture to drive mechanism, and positions or clamps work piece to fixture.6) Reads work order to determine parts to be buffed or polished.7) Selects buffing or polishing tools and positions and mounts tools to machine tool, chuck, or jig, using hand tools.8) Starts and observes machine operation for conformance to specifications.We do have openings in Buffing Operator in MNC.Qualification: Diploma/ ITI Salary: 11000 Job Type: Full time Location: Chennai Experience: 0-2 years fresher's are also welcome Designation:Buffing Operator Food and transport facilities are provided Arrears & Experience candidates can also apply.
