Evaluate the basic compensation structures in the organization grading system, job evaluation
system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc. aligned with the organization culture and the

incentives and long terms incentive programs for different audiences - design to delivery.
Managing End to End employee life cycle from on boarding to exist and develop various plan for
employer branding and ensured smooth On boarding, Orientation, Induction session.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
Efficiency in managing HR Policies- Attendance & Leave Management, claims, Exit, F&Fs
Effectively communicate and facilitate senior leader discussion to gain buy-In on critical HR
decisions.
Design and implement refreshed Performance Management Plan and specific components from
time-to-time
Facilitate goal setting and other milestone processes across levels. Finalize goal sheet templates
for all positions to ensure alignment with the business.
Developing/ refreshing and implementing policy and benefit programs, ensuring that these are
current and competitive and in line with legal requirements. Making recommendations on
changes to benefits programs.
Lead audit requirements across various audits taking place internally and externally
Develop, Drive and Deliver HR strategy in alignment with the overall Business Strategy.
Periodic review of company s HR policies.

Training & Development -Assess training needs, plan and Manager training modules, apply And
monitor training programs.
Strategy Planning -Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and Procedures
