Job Description :
1. Proficiency in creating Tabular, Summary, Matrix reports Standard & Custom and dashboards for statistical and quantitative analysis.

2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of documentation and metrics to improve operational efficiency.

3. Proficiency in creating data access and processing tools in Microsoft Excel using Advance excel formulas and logics on Ad hoc basis.

4. Proficiency in creating reports & dashboards providing insights on the different operational levels from Invoice generation to payment receipt quantification and subjective knowledge covering loopholes, bottlenecks, issues, and resolution.

5. Coordinating with different business units/departments for taking growth initiatives.

6. Design, monitor, analyze the database reports using advance excel techniques.

7. Helps in bringing efficiency to the current company system by using his/her analytical and technical skills.

8. Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.

9. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

10. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

11. Generate and develop both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed.

12. Act as an auditor and guide for improving current processes and reports.

13. Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve recurring issues.

14. Evaluate business requirements on continuous basis.

15. Coordinating with different regional offices for different data collection and segregation.

16. Coordinating with support team PAN India for data reconciliation and dashboards.

17. Investigate findings and errors in the database system and put before the management and IT team.

18. Design/Suggest operational flow/working to Fastrack the current system and implement the same in the system.

19. Basic understanding and idea of VBA Macro coding is an added.





Other requirements -

1. Must be BCOM, BCA or Above Preferably from IT background

2. and mathematical ability.

3. Strong Analytical Skills.

4. Good hold over advance Excel functions Strong logic building and dashboard design capability.

5. Have strong interpersonal communication skills.

6. Should have problem solving and graphical representation Data Visualization.

7. Basic Finance & Accounts knowledge will be added.

8. Have minimum 2-3 years of experience dd, Spreadsheets, Google Sheets, VBA optional.
