Job description Key Responsibilities : Manage the full recruitment life cycle helping find, hire, and retain quality talent Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications Conducting phone interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions Conduct interviews of applicants to filter them further and advance them to the next level relevant to their job posting Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms Manage onboarding and new hire process Perform Background checks as needed Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information Handle matters requiring discretion and confidentiality including sensitive matters in a thoroughly professional manner Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
