Urgent requirement for field sales executive Job Role : Field Sales Executive Salary : 20k + PF+ ESIC Job Location : Sector 3, Bidhannagar, Kolkata Job Description : 1. Making awareness of company products to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases 2. Get the sale using sales method (door-to-door) 3. Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after -sales service 4. Conducting market research to identify selling responsibilities and evaluate customer needs 5. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data 6. Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory Requirements and skills : 1. MBA in marketing with 2 years experience minimum 2. Proven sales experience (2-4 years) 3. Strong Communication , negotiation 4. Track record of over-achieving quota 5. Work experience with sales & marketing 6. Sales motivated and driven
