Assistant Manager Claims

Handling All property, engineering, Misc. claims.
Meeting and Negotiation with Insurer and surveyors.
Making site visits on loss location and for Investigations of cases.
Preparing Monthly claims MIS
Daily Communication with Insurer/Surveyor and Insured.
Scrutiny of all claim documents.
Understand customers, vertical drivers, identify avenues to start play/ scale up.
Use customer/vertical/competitor understanding to identify need gaps.
Expand footprint of the organization across geographies.
Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
Assist in growing and managing relationships with insurance/ Surveyor companies.
