BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by self contribution and through the activities of direct reports.
Co-ordinate sales action plans and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
Provide timely weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
Control expenses and monitor budgets
Interact with other departments to ensure customer onboarding objectives are achieved
Appropriate engagement post sale with regard to project deployment, working closely with the projects and delivery team
Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent relationships with them
Coach and develop direct reports.
Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver revenue target.
Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales growth and team s motivational initiatives
Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
