POSITION : Executive Assistant To CEO

Location - Chennai, Egmore

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.

Key Role Responsibility:

1. Maintain executive s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
2. Attend meetings and record the minutes of meeting
3. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
4. Make travel arrangements for executives and prepare expense report
5. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
6. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
7. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
8. Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
9. Co-ordinating with Group companies & Preparing Monthly MIS Presentation
10. Oversee and analyse the Performance of business.
