Providing the complete Self correspondence services, drafting replies. Ensure that all mails are dealt
with efficiently
Should have Knowledge of Zoom Call, Skype and Other IT Technology.
Maintains schedule and enters meetings/appointments on Microsoft Outlook/ Calendar/ Google
Calendar.
Internal & External Communication.
Meetings & Calendar.
Schedule appointments, coordinating for both Internal /External meetings
Manages Schedule, Maintains Calendar, and timely reminders.
Minutes/Recordkeeping & Drafting & circulation of MOM.
Director Office
Attending calls, Greetings visitors.
Maintain 100% discipline and decorum of Directors office.
Maintain cleanliness, proper filling, cleaning etc.
Travel Management, Hotel Management & Forex Management.
Follow up of Directors & other activities of Directors as per their Guidelines.
Others:
Be open to Travel for working if as and when required, Be Ready to take Extra Responsibility of
Directors Personal Work in regards to their day today activities
Lastly maintain 100% confidentiality of Directors office.
