Two-wheeler Mech proprietary parts inspection, approval for NPD parts. 2. Review drawings, supplier APQP process, FMEA, Control Plan and provide early inputs. 3. Supplier / in-house Process audit and approval 4. Part inspection and approval, 5. Carry out PPAP audit, Identify deviations and initiate actions, 6. Problem analysis, solving using 8D and QC story methodology. 7. Review drawings, Create Inspection standard, Part inspection and approval, Carry out PPAP audit, Identify deviations and initiate actions, Problem solving, Maintaining records. 8. Supplier process qualification and approval. 9. Establish AQI & FQI upfront at early stages. 10.Assess significant Production trial run @ planned run@rate. 11. Knowledge on MSA and Millipore / particle analysis, gauging concepts. Educational qualifications preferred.
