Job Title: Sales Officer /Territory Manager
Report to: Regional Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
&bullExcellent communication and ability
to convince others.
&bull Focus on winning prospective
customers as well as maintaining
relationship with existing ones.
&bull Generate "higher number " of
"quality " leads by using innovative
sources
&bull Schedule monthly client visits in an
efficient manner.
&bull Probe the client by asking right
questions to understand his need and
document client requirements in
detail.
&bull Meet internal and client based
timelines effectively.
&bull Follow the standard sales process as
trained by the company
&bullBuild and maintain cordial relation
with key decision makers in the
clients&rsquo organization.
&bull Negotiate price and sell product at a
price which gives greater profit
margin to the company
&bullCollect complete payment and other
receivables by meticulous follow up
and planning.
&bull Setting and meeting personal sales
targets
&bull Producing periodic sales reports
&bull Analyse his own sales data in excel
and get insights using MS Excel.
&bull Prepare powerful presentations.
&bull Do market and company research
comfortably over the internet.
&bull Maintain accurate contact
information on clients
&bull Handle product and competitor
related objections comfortably from
senior management at clients&rsquo side.

Job Description

&bullContact customers who have not
patronized the company&rsquos goods or
services for a while
&bull Providing price quotes to customers
when needed
&bull Do self-analysis of his performance
using sales conversion data

Desired Candidate Profile:

We need candidate from Weighing
Industry/Capital Equipment industry / Stone
Crusher plant, RMC Plant, Earth moving
equipment sales, construction equipment
sales experience background ONLY.
Other Requirements:
1. Should not be a frequent job changer.
2.Good Communication SkillsEnglish Must
3. Must have a Two Wheeler

Required Qualification: Any Degree, MBA, Diploma, BE, Diploma
Min: Max Experience required: 1-4yrs
