Duties and Responsibilities,

1. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable


2. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results


3. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status


4. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending


5. Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant


6. Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures


7. Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers


8. Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process


9. Provide input into department&rsquos goal setting process


10. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule


11. Assist with tax audits and tax returns


12. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance


13. Plan, assign and review staff&rsquos work


14. Support month-end and year-end close process


15. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls


16. Ensure compliance with GAAP principles


17. Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures


18. Should have proper GST knowledge of calculating, filing and reconciling and annual audit


19. Should have proper knowledge of TDS calculating, filing and reconciling


20. Should have full knowledge about ptax calculation and return


21. Should be well versed and adept at Balance sheet making and finalization and presentation before auditor


22. Support CFO in whatever financial excel sheets and calculations required with formulas


23. Good knowledge of operating Tally and all its features


24. Good communication skills for follow up


25. Banking knowledge and CMA data making knowledge


26. Any other accounting and finance related work that may come up


27. Hearing of cases in department and handling IT matter

BDM requirements and qualifications,

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an accountant


• Degree is a must, MBA preferable


• Excellent communication


• Great presentation skills
