Location &ndash Jabalpur M.P., Must be willing to travel, if required.

Sr. Site Manager FMS &ndash Role and Responsibilities
1. Supervises all housekeeping employees, has the authority to hire or discharge, plans
and assigns work assignments, gives training for newly recruited employees, audit and
inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies.
2. Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department.
3. Supervises all housekeeping employees, hires new employees as needed, discharges
employees when necessary and takes disciplinary actions when policies are not followed.
4. Evaluates employees in order to upgrade them when openings arise.
5. Plans the work for the housekeeping department and distribute assignments
accordingly.
6. Assigns regular duties and special duties for the housekeeping staff.
7. Schedules employees and assigns extra days off according to occupancy forecast.
8. A time logbook of all employees within the department.
9. Recruit and train new employees.
10. Assigns new employees to work with experienced help.
11. On the work of these employees occasionally and observe the report made.
