Area Sales Manager

Responsible for overseeing the sales of food products  

such as Atta, Soya Nuggets, Rice,  

Besan, Maida, Suji, Sugar, Pulses, Rice Bran Oil, Xpert  

Prosugar, and Immunity oil.

As the primary point of contact, He effectively manage our  

Channel Distributors CDs to ensure their profitability and  

turnover.   supervise a team of  salesmen who  

represent the company 's salesforce and report directly to  

him. Under my leadership, we successfully launch new  

products by adhering to the Go-to-Market GTM criteria,  

maintaining data hygiene, and meeting various targets  

such as volume, eco, LPPC, TLSD, productivity,

for salesmen. To facilitate continuous  

improvement,  conduct regular morning and evening gate  

meetings at the distributor point to review their  

performance based on these metrics. have been appointed as the  

Single Point of Contact SPOC for  team. As the SPOC,

handle all data-related work and provide necessary  

support to the management. Additionally, he take charge of  

my reporting manager 's responsibilities in their absence.  

Furthermore, He play a pivotal role in training new Sales  

Trainees within the organization, ensuring their seamless  

integration into the team and the achievement of their  

targets
