HR Generalist

Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews
and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, handling employee concerns, conflict resolution,
and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes to support employee growth
and development.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize workshops, and develop programs to enhance
employee skills and knowledge.
HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, updating and
implementing HR procedures as needed.
HR Administration: Manage HRMS systems, maintain accurate employee records, and assist in
payrollprocessing.
